If you’re looking for a meditation that gives you back all the power you’ve lost because of stress, sadness, debt or whatever dark thing that’s happening in your life, look no further.

In this post I’m sharing with you a 15 minute mindfulness meditation using the beautiful amethyst gemstone.

Agate Gemstone 15 Minutes Guided Meditation

Following is the guide for this meditation:

  1. Find a comfortable place to meditate. It can be anywhere, including a chair or your bed.
  2. Take the Agate gemstone in your hands or leave it close to you.
  3. Inhale deeply and then exhale. Repeat 5 times. Allow your body and mind to relax during this timeframe and then go back to your normal breathing.
  4. Allow yourself to be aware of your body and feelings. Take your attention to each part of your body, starting from your feet and finishing at the top of your head. If you feel any resistance, stay there until it’s gone and then continue.
  5. Notice the weight of your body. Relax your body so that you cna feel its weight. Notice the air against your skin, the sounds around you.
  6. Breathe normally. Inhale and exhale steady and easy. Allow your worries to leave your body as you exhale.
  7. Do a rooting procedure. Imagine roots of light emerging from your heart and landing on the floor, see them pierce the floor and reach the center of the Earth. With each breath, the roots go deeper.
  8. Surround the center of the Earth with your roots. Imagine the roots envelop the center of the Earth, and feel its energy pulsing through the roots towards your body.
  9. Take your attention to the gemstone. When you are ready, feel the stone in your hand or visualize it. Connect with its ancient wisdom, feel its energy.
  10. Allow the Agate’s energy to permeate you. Feel as if the Agate’s energy flows through your body from your heart, and climbs up to the top of your head. You might feel a pressure around the third eye chakra located at your forehead.
  11. Connect and share. Connect and stay open to the stone’s mastery, ask for its assistance. If you don’t know what you need assistance with, ask for it to share its mastery with you in order to achieve the best result for your and everyone involved.
  12. Keep you connection open until you feel you’ve received all messages you need to get in this present moment.
  13. Now share your human experience with the Agate. Now it’s your turn to share a scene of your life. Choose one episode of your life’s path and visualize it while staying connected to the gemstone. Don’t forget to share images AND feelings.
  14. Say thank you. Feel grateful to the Agate for its connection and service.
  15. Go back to the present moment. When you’re done, breathe deeply again, and abandon all thoughts. Allow yourself to be at peace and in this present moment.
  16. Open your eyes when you feel you’re ready, and resume your day. Your experiences might take some time to be integrated into your sould, body and mind, so you might want to allow a few days before trying again.
