L-Glutathione:
Glutathione is an antioxidant found naturally in the human body that serves to neutralize and destroy the harmful free radicals produced in the body, thus preventing many systemic diseases[3]. When exposed to UV rays from the Sun, oxygen-free radicals are produced in the skin cells, which cause promote the production of melanin. Not only does Glutathione prevent this melanogenesis by inactivating free radicals, but it also deactivates the enzyme tyrosinase, which helps produce melanin, the pigment for skin colour.
Vitamin C / Ascorbic Acid:
Ascorbic acid, more popularly known as Vitamin C, is not indigenously produced by the body. Instead, it has to be taken from diet or other supplemental sources. Citrus fruits are a food source famous for being rich in this nutrient. It is essential for the repair of damaged cells and DNA, as well as various other reactions occurring in the body. In the skin, it has been shown to provide rejuvenation and add brightness by reducing pigmentation and evening skin tone.[4]
Alpha Lipoic Acid (Thioctic Acid):
Alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) is a potent antioxidant that is both produced naturally within the body and found in various foods[5]. As an antioxidant, it helps to protect the skin by neutralizing harmful complimentary radicals present in the environment and lowering oxidative stress. As a skincare ingredient, alpha-lipoic acid reduced the signs of photo-ageing caused by harmful UV rays and sunlight. Thus, by protecting the skin and reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, alpha-lipoic acid has anti-ageing properties in addition to its other benefits as an antioxidant in the body. This helps improve the overall quality and appearance of the skin, making it look healthy and fresh. Dr James Glutathione Injection
Nano Concentrated Collagen Extracts:
Collagen is one of the significant components of the skin that imparts its elasticity and hydration, making the skin look plump and fresh. It also plays a vital role in the replacement and regeneration, and restoration of dead skin cells. Such properties are why collagen provides anti-ageing benefits to the skin and helps keep it well-hydrated and healthy-looking.In addition to its benefits for the skin. It also helps stimulate hair and nail growth and protects and strengthens bones.
Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF):
EGF is an essential participant in wound healing in the body. It acts by stimulation and proliferation of cells. Due to this property, it strengthens the skin to prove to be a better barrier to external factors that may damage it[6]. It stimulates collagen and elastin production, which improve the skin’s elasticity and hydration and act to strengthen it. In dermal wound healing, it prevents the production of melanin so that in case of an injury or breakout, the healing process leaves behind no scar mark.
